cg- Togepi and Togetic

isnt this so kawaii!?!?! I was inspired to do this after watching the pokemon episode Togepi Mirage, i LOVE how it looks! The lineart was INCREDIBLY easy for once! I used my pencil lines and just darkened a few parts and erased some very MINOR mistakes! Then coloring and cel shading was a breeze! This is probably the QUICKEST cg ive EVER done! I even drew some trees! yes i know the look weird but hey, i rarely will draw a background! I was going to use the coulds id drawn but i decided to use the airbrush, looks good ne? or maybe not >< I normally just use the clouds filter BUT i wanted this to look more anime-y so i drew them! Well i hope you like!
